Both surprising and mysterious, Burgundy offers wines that require real patience and methodology. A plural and famous land, which extends over 160 miles between Auxerre and Lyon, Burgundy is divided into large spaces: Auxerrois (Chablis), Côte d'Or, Chalonnais, Mâconnais and Beaujolais. Burgundy has the particularity of having red wines produced by a single grape variety: "pinot noir", as well as white wines with the famous "Chardonnay". Thanks to its terroir enhanced by the ancestral know-how of the winegrowers, Burgundy produces refined and complex wines, which makes it one of the most famous regions in the world.
