Bruno Duchêne comes from the Loire Valley. Since 2002, he has been working on steep hillsides at an altitude of 300 meters above Banyuls. Bruno works hard in his plots: hand pulling of grass, plowing with a horse, etc.
In the cellar, the work is just as precise: direct pressing, gentle vinification in Burgundy barrels. The work worth it: the resulting wines are greedy and spontaneous, like Bruno.
