Pascal Roblet founded his own estate in Volnay in 1990 from family vines. For more than 20 years, this man of conviction has been managing his 6-hectare estate, which extends over beautiful plots such as Brouillards and Taillepieds.
Pascal's wines are structured, deep and have a nice body. Certified in Organic Agriculture, the vineyard is worked by hand. In the cellars, the extractions are long and soft and the maturing takes time.
The Domaine Roblet-Monnot has been awarded 2* in the Guide Vert de la Revue du Vin de France.
