Domaine Goisot, Saint-Bris "Corps De Garde" blanc 2018 - 0,75L

The Saint-Bris Corps de Garde is made from a little known grape variety: the fié gris. It reveals aromas of lychee and apricot jam. A very greedy wine in mouth but always on the freshness.

The Domaine Jean-Hugues et Guilhem Goisot is a family estate whose origins date back to the 14th century. It is located in the village of Saint-Bris le Vineux.

The vineyard of 30 hectares extends over the communes of Saint-Bris, Irancy and Chablis. Ghislaine and Jean-Hugues took over the estate in 1979. Their desire to cultivate the land differently from their predecessors is obvious. They obtained the ECOCERT certification in 2001.

In 2005, Guilhem (son of Jean-Hugues and Guilhem) joined the estate which obtained DEMETER certification the same year.

The wines of Domaine Goisot are appreciated for their purity, their minerality and their aromatic complexity. They have a great potential for ageing.
