Savour the alchemy of the grape varieties of the Château de Saint Lager that grow on 29 hectares of vineyards. A perfect mix of all elements of production, ideal for AOC Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly. The Gamay black grape variety with white juice blossoms in a region with an ideal temperate climate, especially on our vines ideally exposed to the east and south-east. The soil is thin, acidic and fertile, helping to give the wine all its elegance, finesse and specialty. Brouilly grows in plain and can give fruity and round wines.
