Chateau Figeac is considered as "the most Medocan of the Saint-Emilions". This is due to the gravelly soils found in the Medoc. Therefore, the majority of the vineyard corresponds to cabernets (franc and sauvignon). In Saint-Emilion, we return mainly merlot. These particularities bring a lot of elegance and structure to the wines of Figeac.
The advanced technical processes put in place since the middle of the 20th century have also contributed to the reputation of Château Figeac.
