Domaine Rousset Peyraguey, Cuvée L'Aisthésis 2010 - 0,5L
The cuvée L'Aisthésis of the Domaine Rousset Peyraguey is made from old vines of Semillon (80%), Sauvignon (15%) and Muscadelle (5%). These vines are cutlivées in bio and in biodynamy.
The wine aged 6 years in barrels reveals aromas of nuts, almonds and ripe pears. The touch of acidity at the end of the mouth balances perfectly this very elegant wine.
Residual sugar : 130 gr/l
The Rousset-Peyraguey estate is an estate of just over 10 hectares whose vines are cultivated biodynamically. The vines are on average 50 years old or more.
Alain Dejean, at the head of the estate, is a little bit different in the Sauternes region: biodynamic viticulture, non-interventionist vinification, very long maturation, very little sulfur, etc.
