Château Latour-Martillac 2016, Grand Cru Classé de Graves, Pessac-Léognan - 0,375L

The 2016 vintage of Château Latour-Martillac is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot.

The wine was aged 16 months in barrels, 40% of which were new.

The nose reveals aromas of small red and black fruits crushed. In the mouth, the matter is like velvet. The small fruits are always present. A nice balance and a good power.

Château Latour-Martillac, in Pessac-Léognan, has been owned by the Kressmann family since 1871. The 54 hectare vineyard allows the production of white and red wines on gravel soils.

Today, Tristan and Loïc Kressmann are at the head of the property.
