This 1961 Chateau Palmer has been reconditioned by Mähler-Besse, in partnership with Chateau Palmer.
The bottle was tasted using the Coravin system to verify its integrity. It was then uncorked under neutral gas, topped up with wine of the same vintage and recorked with a cork bearing the mention "Recorked in 2016".
The liner was changed and a black Prooftag security strip was placed between the cap and the neck glass.
