An original style for this Bordeaux, more precisely this Saint-Julien. A nice fruity nose, slightly smoky. On the palate, very nice balance between fresh fruits, acidity, tertiary aromas and melted tannins.

Jaugaret is an estate located in the Bordeaux region, in the Saint-Julien appellation. The family estate was taken over in 1983 by Jean-François Fillastre.
The vines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot are spread over a small vineyard of 1.32 hectares.
Jean-François makes natural wines, which is quite rare for this appellation. So much so that some wines have been downgraded to Vin de France.
