For 3 generations, the Dauvissat family has been making seductive Chablis wines. Created in 1931 by Robert Dauvissat, the estate was then taken over by his son René and then by Vincent, the grandson.
The respect of the 12 hectares of vines divided between Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru is a daily work.
The wines of Domaine Dauvissat are sure values. They are fresh and mineral with a great potential for ageing.
Since about ten years, the new generation composed of Vincent's children (Gislain and Etiennette), is gradually taking over the management of the estate.
