The Chavy-Chouet estate was born from the union of two families from two villages of the Côte de Beaune. The know-how and the love of the soil have been transmitted for 7 generations.
Romaric Chavy is since 2006 at the head of the 15 hectares estate. He has a good knowledge of wine: 6 years of viticultural studies and internships in South Africa, Italy, Greece and Spain.
The wines of the Chavy-Chouet estate are straight and without artifice. High-flying wines from great Burgundy appellations.
