Frédéric Cossard, Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru "Abbaye De Morgeot" 2018 - 0,75L

The Abbaye de Morgeot parcel is located at the foot of the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation.

The nose reveals notes of citrus fruits and white flowers with a touch of flint. The mouth offers a beautiful roundness with a lot of freshness and minerality. A very nice white wine from Burgundy.

Natural wine without added sulfites.

Frédéric Cossard was originally a Burgundy wine broker. In 1996, he started to work as a winegrower, cultivating a few acres of vines in Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses and Savigny-lès-Beaune. This is how the Domaine de Chassorney was born.

This did not prevent Frédéric and his wife Laure from continuing their trading activity via the SARL Frédéric Cossard, which supplies itself with grapes from renowned appellations and crus (Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis, Vosne-Romanée, Beaune, etc.).

Today, the Domaine de Chassorney has 10 hectares cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, without chemical fertilizers or weed killers. In the cellars, human intervention is reduced so that the wine can express itself fully.

The result is wines marked by elegance and purity.
