Frédéric Cossard, Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru "Les Monts Luisants" 2018 - 0,75L
This Morey-Saint-Denis from Cossard is from the 1er Cru "Les Monts Luisants", a very rare cru.
100% pinot noir, it reveals aromas of fresh fruits, with a lot of finesse. A rare, dense and elegant wine that will be even better in a few years.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
Frédéric Cossard was originally a Burgundy wine broker. In 1996, he started to work as a winegrower, cultivating a few acres of vines in Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses and Savigny-lès-Beaune. This is how the Domaine de Chassorney was born.
This did not prevent Frédéric and his wife Laure from continuing their trading activity via the SARL Frédéric Cossard, which supplies itself with grapes from renowned appellations and crus (Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis, Vosne-Romanée, Beaune, etc.).
Today, the Domaine de Chassorney has 10 hectares cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, without chemical fertilizers or weed killers. In the cellars, human intervention is reduced so that the wine can express itself fully.
The result is wines marked by elegance and purity.
