Joseph Drouhin, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Cazetiers" 2015 - 0,75L
The pinot noir vines are located in the north of the Côte de Nuits. They are exposed south-east. The maceration lasts 2 to 3 weeks and the fermentation takes place thanks to indigenous yeasts.
The wine is then aged for 14 to 18 months in barrels, 20% of which are new.
This cuvée develops complex aromas of small red fruits, spices and liquorice. The mouth is generous. It is structured and powerful while revealing silky tannins.
