Joseph Drouhin, Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru "Les Cazetiers" 2015 - 0,75L

The pinot noir vines are located in the north of the Côte de Nuits. They are exposed south-east. The maceration lasts 2 to 3 weeks and the fermentation takes place thanks to indigenous yeasts.

The wine is then aged for 14 to 18 months in barrels, 20% of which are new.

This cuvée develops complex aromas of small red fruits, spices and liquorice. The mouth is generous. It is structured and powerful while revealing silky tannins.

Maison Joseph Drouhin has been owned by the Drouhin family for 140 years. The range of wines is very wide since it includes more than 90 appellations. Ideal for wine lovers who want to discover the nuances of Burgundy's terroirs.

The vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically in order to respect the soil and biodiversity and to offer authentic wines.

The wines of Maison Joseph Drouhin are a concentrate of balance and character. Most of them have great ageing potential. Their reputation is well established.
