Domaine de Bellene, Beaune "Blanches Fleurs" 2018 - 0,75L
The Fleurs Blanches cuvée comes from 2 parcels of 38.5 ares in the Beaune Blanches Fleurs appellation. The pinot noir vines grow on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes were harvested at full maturity, both in terms of sugars and polyphenols.
It is a rich and opulent wine, very aromatic with the rare ability to be appreciated in its youth and show clear signs of great ageing.
The Domaine de Bellene was founded in 2005 by a group of winemakers. "Bellene" comes from the name of the city of Beaune which was named "Belena" from the Sun God "Belenos".
13.85 hectares formed the initial vineyard, extending from Santenay to the Côtes de Nuits Villages. From the beginning, the vineyard was conducted in organic farming.
