"A nice nose, broad and attractive. A bit richer, but no less fresh or lively for that. Very nice wine for this 2017 vintage. More mineral in the middle, long and good, with a very mineral finish. Bravo!" Bill Nanson - Burgundy Report 2017
"Citrusy, nice energy. Quite powerful and with nice depth for a village appellation" Sarah Marsch 2018
Disappeared in the depths of the ground at the level of Nuits-Saint-Georges, the hard limestone of Comblanchien reappears at Meursault. This excellent vineyard land was developed by the monks of Cîteaux as early as 1098. The parcel of Meursault Gruyaches adjoins the 1er Cru Charmes. For a village appellation, the parcel benefits from a first choice terroir.
