The Domaine Chavy-Chouet was born from the union of two families from Meursault and Puligny. In the family for 7 generations, it is Romaric who is today at the head of the domain. Since 2006, he has been looking after the 15 hectares of vines that stretch over Meursault, Puligny, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard.
The cutting of the vines, the vinification, the maturation of the wines are guided by an ultimate quest for quality.
The wines of the Chavy-Chouet estate present a good quality-price ratio, rare in Burgundy today. Let's hope it lasts!
