Domaine Bruno Clair, Marsannay "Les Longeroies" rouge 2017 - 0,75L

Domaine Bruno Clair, Marsannay "Les Longeroies" rouge 2017 - 0,75L

A pinot noir from the Marsannay terroir with finesse and elegance.

Grapes from 6 parcels are blended. Bruno Clair speaks of a "very complete expression of Longeroies".

The wine is aromatic, very fresh with minerality and fruity notes.

A great wine to keep!

The Bruno Clair estate is located in Marsannay-la-Côte, in the Marsannay appellation, in the Burgundy vineyards. It was created in 1979 by Bruno Clair and was originally composed of a few parcels of Marsannay, Fixin, Savigny-les-Beaune and Morey-Saint-Denis.

Bruno Clair is no stranger to Burgundy as his father, Joseph Clair, is the creator of the famous Domaine Clair-Daü, also in Marsannay. The heirs of Joseph Clair were unable to reach an agreement and the estate was dismembered, but Bruno Clair was entrusted with a part of the vineyards by his family. Thanks to its fine wines, the Bruno Clair estate revives the spirit of the Clair-Daü estate.

The Clair family produces classic Burgundies, often lively and sharp; a few years of cellaring are essential for them. They are immediately recognizable by their purity and their beautiful persistence. The estate has developed the terroirs of Marsannay and Gevrey-Chambertin.
