According to the legend, it is the monk Pierre Pérignon who, in the 17th century, discovered the method of elaboration of Champagne, known as "méthode champenoise".
Maison Dom Pérignon only produces vintage champagnes. The best years are selected and each vintage has its own particularity.
Each cuvée is elaborated from a subtle blend of two grape varieties, pinot noir and chardonnay, whose grapes come from the best crus of the Champagne region.
