Champagne Bollinger, Cuvée PN VZ 15 - 0,75L
Bollinger PN VZ 15 is a champagne made only from pinot noir grapes mainly from the Grand Cru village of Verzenay located on the Montagne de Reims. The 2015 vintage is associated with reserve wines. The wine is vinified and aged in oak barrels. After a bottle ageing of more than 3 years, it is disgorged and low dosage (7g/l).
This champagne with fine and elegant bubbles reveals aromas of ripe fruits, fig and sweet spices. Toasted and buttered notes complete the first nose. In the mouth, beautiful vivacity and notes of white flowers. Very persistent.
A Champagne not to be missed by pinot noir lovers.
Since 1829, Bollinger has been producing great champagnes with a powerful, refined and complex style.
Today, the company has 179 hectares of vineyards, 85% of which are Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, divided into seven main vineyards: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois and Verzenay in Pinot Noir, Cuis in Chardonnay and Champvoisy in Meunier.
Bollinger grows the majority of the grapes used to make its wines, which is not always the case in Champagne.
