The Maison Billecart-Salmon was created in 1818. A family-owned and independent company for more than 200 years, it is located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and has 100 hectares of vineyards, including the Clos Saint Hilaire, a one-hectare plot of Pinot Noir, of which the company has a monopoly.
Billecart-Salmon champagnes are characterized by balance and finesse.
