Ralph Dodd was a British engineer who was the first to start building a tunnel under the Thames in 1798. After many failures, the project was interrupted.
In 1807, Ralph Dodd decided to found a distillery: the London Distillery Company. Once again, the project fell through, but not completely, as the distillery was born in 2013.
This gin pays tribute to Ralph Dodd.
