The Dry Gin 28 Classic Filliers, was developed just after the Second World War. Firmin Filliers, the third generation of master distillers, selected 28 botanical species to macerate for three to five days in alcohol, for a gin rich in flavor.
In addition to the inevitable juniper berries, we find coriander seeds, Jamaican pepper, lavender flowers, fresh citrus and Belgian hop cones.
Its nose is slightly spicy, marked by notes of citrus and juniper. On the palate, it is rich and exceptionally smooth. The juniper berry is in the spotlight, sublimated by a touch of lemon and orange. Its finish offers a beautiful herbaceous freshness.
