80% syrah - 20% merlot
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is carried out with indigenous yeasts, extraction by punching down. Aged on lees for 12 months in barrels of two and three wines.
At an altitude of 1200 m, in the foothills of Mount Lebanon, the property overlooks the magnificent Bekaa plain. The clay-limestone soils, the organic farming and the low interventionist approach allow us to produce precise and elegant wines.
