The vineyard of Domaine Plaisance Penavayre covers 26 hectares of vines. The estate has been handed down from generation to generation: Louis, Marc and then Thibaut have succeeded each other.
Since 2005, the principles of organic farming are applied in the vineyards. Biodynamic principles have also been applied for 4 years.
Domaine Plaisance Penavayre cultivates forgotten quality grape varieties such as negret pounjut and bouysselet.
