Maison Guillot-Broux, Coteaux bourguignons 2018 - 0,75L
This Coteaux bourguignons from Guillot Broux is a blend of 50% pinot noir and 50% gamay.
The grapes are harvested manually. Once vinified, the wine is aged 11 months in vats and barrels.
Notes of crushed red fruits and violet. In the mouth, the tannins are melted, the mouth is silky. A wine full of greed.
Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux from her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay.
