A convivial wine to drink with friends!
The Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette is located in the Languedoc region, between Millau and Montpellier. It is a recognized Larzac estate that extends over 15 hectares spread over 30 terraces in the Escalette valley. As a result, the vineyard is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The grapes are harvested by hand and then aged for 10 months in wooden vats.
The wines are lively and crisp, to be enjoyed in their youth or kept for 3 to 5 years in the cellar.
