The Domaine Gauby is out of time. It covers 85 hectares of land, including 45 hectares of vineyards. The vines are protected by a lot of vegetation: forests, fruit trees, etc. Respect for the environment and biodiversity has been the Gauby family's priority for many years.
The vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The estate continues to distinguish itself by producing fresh, fine wines with great drinkability.
