Mas De Compeyre, IGP Aveyron, "Calibre 12" 2020 - 0,75L
Calibre 12 is a blend of syrah, gamay and fer servadou. It is a cuvée of friendship since Olivier Jullien has brought together Ghislain Montrozier and Seb Pradal to make a wine for sharing. A wine of IGP Aveyron produced in Compeyre, on the banks of the Tarn and at the foot of the foothills of the Larzac plateau. It is certified Organic Agriculture.
A thirst-quenching wine to be enjoyed with a barbecued rib of beef for a pure moment of pleasure.
At the gates of Millau, at the entrance of the Gorges du Tarn, the Caveau du Mas in Compeyre is a must-see.
The Caveau du Mas has been taken over by four winegrowers of the AOP Côtes de Millau. They decided to pool their resources in order to produce their own wines with the grapes harvested on their respective hillsides. It was the last president, Alain Montrozier, who had the idea of creating this place initially called Comptoir Paysan.
