Nicolas Suteau, is the owner-harvester, at La Remaudière since 2007. The estate covers 6.7 hectares in the historic Breton vineyard, west of the Loire Valley.
Four grape varieties are grown: melon, folle blanche, pinot noir and egiodola.
For several years, Nicolas Suteau has been working on a long process both in the vineyard and in the cellar to obtain lively wines with character. He leaves a lot of room to his feelings, to the lunar rhythms and to the seasons in order to stay in touch with the vine.
For Nicolas, making natural wine is a quest for excellence that requires a lot of humility, patience and high standards.
