Manguin, Eau-de-vie de Poire Williams Rouge N°47 - 0,5L
The pears for this brandy were harvested in 2016. They are red Williams pears from the Haute Provence region.
They were then fermented and underwent a slow double distillation to extract the maximum of aromas. This cuvée is elaborated only from the heart of the toast: where the aromatic power is the most concentrated.
265 numbered decanters have been produced. The label is in velvet.
Maison Manguin is located on the Barthelasse Island, the largest river island in Europe. The Provençal sun and the mistral wind as well as the sandy and loamy soils are perfect for fruit growing.
For more than 60 years, Manguin has been expressing its know-how and passion. In 2011, Emmanuel and Béatrice Hanquiez give a new lease of life to Manguin by creating exceptional spirits. In ten years, they have renovated the site and the production facilities. This new dynamic of innovation without compromising on quality is at the origin of gourmet and delicate products that offer a palette of colorful flavors.
