The Constant family was already cultivating vines in 1288. The know-how has been passed on from generation to generation and the work has remained essentially the same. The vines were certified as organic in 2009.
Alain and Anne are now at the head of the 34-hectare estate, which is mainly planted with Mourvèdre and supplemented by Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Ugni Blanc and Clairette.
For the past few years, the new generation represented by Julien and Vincent have been working with their parents to ensure that the Ray-Jane story continues.
