Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet was created in 1993 by Hervé Souhaut. Today it includes 5 hectares of viognier, roussanne, syrah and gamay.
Hervé Souhaut is a recognized winemaker who makes wines as natural as possible in order to express the best of the terroirs on which they are found.
