The Château de Viviers is one of the 5 wine châteaux of the Chablis region.
The vineyard of Viviers dates back to the 13th century.
Arnould Lefébure took over the operation in October 2019. Biodiversity in the vineyard is one of the pillars of Château de Viviers. The conversion to Organic Agriculture began in January 2020 and it was immediately complemented with biodynamic practices. Agroforestry is also widespread.
