After leaving their stills of origin (Scotland, Ireland, Netherlands, Taiwan, India, Japan and the United States), these "Whiskies of the World" have completed their ageing in the Ratafias Champenois barrels of the Domaine located in Chigny-les-Roses.
These barrels with 3 lives offer to these emblematic Whiskies a unique gustative signature. A "Champagne Twist" with a fruity, creamy taste that Gilles is today the only one in France to put on these bottles full of history.
