As its name suggests, the Vercors distillery is located at the foot of the Vercors, in an old silkworm farm.
Anne-Hélène and Éric bought the farm in 2012. Originally from Brittany, they decided to start making whisky made in France.
Brewing, fermentation, distillation, bottling: everything is done on site and the barley grows in the surrounding fields.
