The Domaine de l'Ecu has been certified in Organic Agriculture since 1975 and in Biodynamics (Demeter) since 1998 on all its 24 hectares.
The wines are made without the addition of SO2. The philosophy of the domain: to elaborate wines whose grapes tell the story of the soils on which they grow, without fuss or outrageous make-up.
