Domaine François Merlin, Condrieu, Terroirs 2020 - 0,75L

François Merlin founded the domain of the same name in the early 90s. It is located in Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône, in the Rhône Valley. The 4 hectare vineyard stretches between Condrieu and Chavanay, on southeast facing parcels. The hillsides are on the right bank of the northern Rhône Valley.

François Merlin produces wines in 3 prestigious appellations: Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph and Condrieu. His complex and well-balanced wines are the result of a great deal of care in the vineyards as well as in the cellars. 

Laurent, François' son, joined the estate with the same desire to make wines that best express the terroirs on which they are found and that give great pleasure to those who drink them.
