The Vignoble des 3 Terres is a family estate. Sébastien Mann joined the domain of his parents Jean-Louis and Fabienne about ten years ago. He is the one who gave a new impulse to the domain and allowed it to obtain the 2nd star of the Guide Vert de la RVF.
The Vignoble des 3 Terres is located in Eguisheim, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, 7 kilometers south of Colmar. The vineyard stretches along the Route des Vins between Herrlisheim and Katzenthal. The domain counts today 12 hectares of vines. Since the 2008 vintage, all the vintages are certified organic.
Attached to the values of respect for the terroir, the Mann family favors the proper functioning of the soil and favors the deep rooting of the vine. The objective is to produce, from the 7 Alsatian grape varieties, terroir wines of great finesse, with a strong and independent personality for each parcel.
On the cellar side, the work is carried out with a perpetual search for finesse, elegance and purity of the wines. The techniques used to respect these principles are simple: manual harvest in boxes, gentle and long pressing, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturing on lees for at least one year.
